I agree with Merin as well on this matter. The problem with the stealth bomber is I think people read the description and convince themselves that they will be zipping in and out of stealth destroying people with massive damage. In the end, all this ship is good at is poping slow frigs because of the explosion radius bonus. For anything else, its like bringing a raven with EHP of 1000 and 3 cruise missile launchers. Its not a tackler, its not a high dps'er, its best role that I have come up with is snagging t1 cyno ships who pre-tackle themselves with a cyno which is not that big of a deal when it comes to POS warfare.
Make the ship warp cloaked would help. Ofc people will still know your in local, but it would still be better than what it is currently. At least that way you can utilize the actual bomb feature of the ship instead of cruise missiles by getting a decent position before you attack. Bombs atm are completely useless unless you know somebody will warp to your cloaked location. Hopefully the torp boost will make this ship more viable. Though unless it can fire torps at a safe range, it really is as Merin says, free kills.
